Terms and Conditions for booking with The Precision Lounge - Treatments:

 

- A non-refundable booking fee will be taken upon booking. This fee will come off the final payment on the day of your treatment.

- I do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your treatment please let me know within 72 hours of your appointment. If you have an issue with retention within 72 hours I will fix for free, after 72 hours retention issues will be down to aftercare.

- I do not infill any other technicians work.

- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will lose your booking fee and will have to pay another to book again. You will also be charged a cancellation fee. (50% of the treatment)

- Please arrive to your appointment alone.

- If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee.

- You must have at least 40% of your lashes left in order for your infill to be valid, if you arrive to an infill appointment with less than 40% of your lash extensions left, you will be either turned away or charged for a full set.

- If you ‘NO SHOW’, you will be charged 100% of your appointment.

 

Terms and Conditions for booking with The Precision Lounge - Training:

 

- A non-refundable booking fee will be required upon booking, this will be taken off the final amount that is to be paid on the first day of your course.

- If you need to reschedule your course, you need to give 10 days notice otherwise you will lose the booking fee and will have to pay this again in order to book.

- If you cancel your course within 4 days of your course date, you will be required to pay 50% of the course amount.

- You must arrive to the course alone, no plus ones.

- You must be qualified in Classic Eyelash Extensions before you can take the Russian Eyelash Extension Course. For the DUO course, you do not need any previous experience.
