Please order before 1pm for same day shipping Next Day Delivery ( order before 12pm) First Class Tracked Delivery (1-2 days) Second Class Tracked Delivery (2-5 days)

 

We cannot be held accountable for any packages that go missing after being passed over to Royal Mail.

 

RETURNS TERMS:

 

Products may be returned up to 14 days from purchase. In order for your refund to be valid, the product must be in its original packaging and must be unopened. You will not be refunded if your product has been opened.

 

If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know within 7 days of purchase.

 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item to us, we cannot be held responsible for any lost item. We do not pay for returns delivery unless you have been sent an incorrect item.

 

Once an order has left our hands we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the delivery company. Please contact Royal Mail first if you have any delivery issues.
