This Foam Cleanser is designed to remove makeup and oily residue from the lash line and lashes to ensure incredible retention and fluffy eyelashes. This cleanser is also ideal for prepping eyebrows before treatments like Eyebrow Lamination and Eyebrow Wax & Tint. Simply apply and work this product in circular motions then rinse with water. Repeat if necessary.
